Some of the subject matter in this post is the same as last week’s. Obviously that means some is different, so let’s start with some of the difference.
Following are two shots of two different colored water lilies.
Now three shots of dragonflies representing one the same subjects as in last week’s post.
This wonderful shot of a bee’s behind on a powdery thalia is another subject covered in last week’s post with a similar point of view.
And of course lotus seed pods were in the prior post although this one does not look like a shower head.
As I was walking back to my car I spotted this eastern tiger swallowtail – no butterflies last week.
Thank you for stopping by.

Fantastic pictures of dragonflies, with the dry plants. But, my favorite is still the shower with a suitable background.

Thanks Hans. The shower head photo is one of my favorites.

Again 3 great dragon shots! The first is especially good, so difficult to a get a lovely clean background.
The blue lily is interesting, don’t think I’ve seen one that colour.

Thanks Brian. The blue water lily struck me as unusual as I was bringing the photos into this this post. I looked at the file on my PC and the color is more of a light pastel lavender. I guess WordPress tends to darken it a little making it look more blue than it really is. I never change the colors on my photos but I don’t always try to adjust the color balance to get the most correct look.
