Psst … Wanna See Photos of Robin Taking a Bath?

What a difference a one-letter word can make.  Had I said “Psst … Wanna See Photos of a Robin Taking Bath?”, you would have known right away you were going to see a bird.  Leaving out a changes the the post’s title to clickbait.  Aint’t the English language fun?

Hmm, wonder where a guy or gal can get a bath around here?

This looks inviting, is anyone around?

Nope, don’t see anyone.

Nice!  Not too deep.

Whoa!  It’s a bit cold in the nether region.

Ahh!  This is great!  Just what I was looking for!  Splash splash , blub, blub!

Sheesh, a little dramatic, don’t you think?  He acts like he never had a bath before.

Thank you for stopping by.

David

    • You are welcome … and possibly cuckoo, it’s not for me to say. I’m sure you were expecting a bird because the stupid WordPress reader forces one to display the first four photos in your post; no option to override that that I’ve been able to workout. From my point of view that really strips away some of the creative fun one can have leading up to a photo not yet seen. I’d tell them and the nerds that write the algorithms at Facebook that show you feeds they think you want to see (and the ones they want you to see) vs what you want, where to get off. But then I remember, it’s their servers, their cost to maintain, free to me, and if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere. I hate it when sound, logical reasoning spoils my chance to rant.

      • LOL Guess what? I don’t use WP reader. I do the old fashion way on my laptop, get an email, file it in my blogs to read folder, and go to the website from the emails, so I don’t miss any. But I understand and still like your rant. 🙂
